The latest licensing initiative from Imperial International capitalises on the enduring popularity of the Spiderman film franchise.

Imperial has success in store with Spiderman

Spiderman, one of the most commercially-successful superheroes, appears on a range of utility storage boxes from the company, with the launch timed for the release of Spiderman 4, the first 3D film in the series.

Imperial’s new range is designed to appeal to males in three age groups: four to nine, 10 to 12 and 13 to 19-plus. There are 5, 18 and 45 litre boxes, including a roller option, as well as a 0.9 litre fun-size version.

The superior-quality graphics are applied as an integral part of the plastic manufacturing process, not as stickers or transfers. All products are available on pallet display units.

On a worldwide basis, character licensing is now a £27bn industry, with Spiderman viewed as one of the most desirable properties, and Spiderman products appearing in a wide number of sectors since the release of the original film in 2002.
