ICC founder Bernd Schneider hands over reins to son Patrick

After 30 years as the face of the wine accessories brand Vacu Vin, and latterly International Innovation Company (ICC), founder Bernd Schneider has decided to pass on the baton to the next generation: his son Patrick Schneider.

Since establishing ICC in 2009, president and ceo Patrick has been at the head of this factory. Together with Bernd, he’s brought the company to the next level by inventing television format The Best Idea of the Netherlands, and developing products for companies worldwide. He has also introduced new brands, including the recently launched kitchenware brand Tomorrow’s Kitchen.

Patrick Schneider said: “Now it’s time to take the next step. In recent years, not only has the world changed, but also the organisation. It is constantly changing in order to meet the demands of the future.”

His added that his focus for the upcoming years is for the company and its activities to grow, and to create new employment opportunities for individuals who can experience barriers to the labour market. Patrick’s strategies have been consolidated in a new company called Dutch Creative Brands. It will be actively seeking other brands and/or companies to add to this concept.
