Hotpoint launches a multi-million pound campaign with Lisa Faulkner

The Sunday Times No.1 bestselling author and winner of Celebrity MasterChef 2010 has signed up for a two-year partnership with the appliance brand.

Lisa will work with Hotpoint to ‘celebrate the stylish innovation and superior performance of its premium built-in appliances and extensive new range of small appliances’ via a seven-figure above the line campaign. She will be encouraging the nation to ‘explore their cooking potential’ with the help of products like the Hotpoint Steam Blender and Slow Juicer.

Hotpoint marketing director Piero Pracchi said: “We know how important it is that our products reflect our customers’ style and assist their cooking abilities whether they’re entertaining or cooking for the family. The Hotpoint Built-In Collection and new Small Appliance range are market leaders in style, innovation and performance and Lisa entirely embodies these qualities. We’re thrilled that she is going to be working with us over the next two years to showcase the Hotpoint range of cooking products.”

Lisa Faulkner added: “I’m thrilled to be joining forces with Hotpoint to encourage the nation to explore their cooking potential. With such an exciting range of new technology available like the Dual Flow Ovens and Steam Blender, preparing meals is now simpler than ever. Whether you’re an expert or just starting out, chefs at all levels should be able to enjoy cooking great, healthy food.”

TV ads with Lisa will showcase both the large and small appliances and demonstrate that ‘great food and impeccable taste’ come as standard with Hotpoint cooking appliances. Airing from November 10, the ads aim to reinforce the message that with Hotpoint, ‘your appliances won’t just look great in your kitchen, but also make life easier by delivering outstanding results’.

The partnership will also be celebrated alongside a sponsorship deal with the Good Food Channel, which will run from November for 12 months. Hotpoint has also teamed up with ‘BBC Good Food Magazine’ and website in a partnership that will run from November until February 2015. The brand will be taking part in several BBC Good Food Show events including the BBC Good Food Show London show held at Olympia from November 14-16 and the BBC Good Food Show Winter held at the NEC in Birmingham from November 27-30.

On Sunday November 16, food lovers and cooking enthusiasts will be able to enjoy a live demo with Lisa on the Hotpoint Kitchen stand at The BBC Good Food Show London.
