The British Home Enhancement Trade Association (BHETA) is holding its next member forum on November 18, featuring Paul Emslie, commercial director of Homebase.

Paul will share the latest strategic information on the home improvement retail giant’s five-year realignment programme, which is now at the half-way point, and report on its progress to date.
The event will be held at Federation House in Birmingham with a start time of 10am. There will be a number of other relevant industry guest speakers and further detail will be available via the BHETA website or by speaking to BHETA member services.
Peter Stone, home improvement sector director of BHETA, said: “A high profile speaker like Paul is going to be of huge interest to BHETA members across the spectrum from housewares and SDAs to DIY and garden, so we expect a great turnout. Interested delegates should book as soon as possible.”
BHETA home enhancement sector director Will Jones added: “Whether it’s driving members’ sales, opening up new markets, or providing general advice, the BHETA formula is really making a mark. One of the results of this is that we attract retailers like Homebase to our events.”
