Home Hardware Southwest pays £163,000 to members

Home Hardware Southwest recently paid £163,000 to its members in the form of dividends and rebates.

Chairman David Adams said: “We’re always delighted to pay our members rebates to further reward the loyalty, commitment and support they give to Home Hardware. We also appreciate the support we are receiving from our suppliers, which has helped make this possible.”

Chief executive Martin Elliott added: “Our ‘Home Reward’ rebate programme further recognises our retailers’ commitment to Home Hardware: their own company.

“The increased levels of support, for both warehouse and direct shipment purchases, has enabled us to increase the rebate payments by almost 20% this year. The more our members order, the more efficient it becomes – enabling us to return these savings to members.”

Home Hardware is dealer-owned and is the largest voluntary organisation of its kind in the UK for independently-owned hardware and DIY stores.
