This year’s inaugural Home show has been shortlisted for the Best Launch Show accolade at the annual Exhibition News Awards.
The EN Awards, which this year take place in London on March 29, identify outstanding business performance and recognise new events that have surpassed expectation and struck a chord in their chosen market.
Organised by Clarion Events, Home took place in January at Earl’s Court alongside Top Drawer, presenting new homewares and interiors products from leading brands.
The two shows attracted almost 14,000 visitors between them – a 34% increase on the previous year’s Top Drawer alone.
“To be formally recognised by your peers by being included on the awards shortlist is truly fantastic,” commented Clarion’s retail group portfolio director Neil Gaisford.
“Our vision for Home had been to create an inspirational, international destination for the homewares and interiors sector, and we couldn’t have asked for a better start. We’ve been overwhelmed by the positive response to the launch.”
