The new Staub Classic cast iron casseroles with lids all feature the striking new Vitamines colourways.
The six colours, Bright Lemon, Orange, Cherry, Grenade Red, Aubergine and Basil Green, are designed to colour-match just about any new contemporary or traditional kitchen concept.
The casseroles feature raised dimples in the lid for efficient self-basting, along with a tough brass or nickel knob which will not fracture at high oven temperatures.
The tough enamelled matt black surface interior will build up over time a surface patina which will add flavour to cooking, and the smooth ceramic base is safe to use on all cooking surfaces: it will not scratch ceramic surfaces, including induction.
The casseroles are available in round or oval shapes and in a range of sizes, and are available from Zwilling JA Henckels.
