Zwilling J A Henckels has recently completed two training workshops for its customers, with the aim of imparting key benefits and features of its products.
Products used in the sessions included Henckels knives along with Staub and Demeyere cookware.
Each day-long session focused on knife skills, knife sharpening and preparation of meals using the cookware, including a smoking technique using the Demeyere smoker.
Feedback from customers was positive, with one attendee, Andy Hall of Original Cookware in Leicester, saying: “Clearly all of the very best available – a brand that you can ‘live and breathe'”.
“These training events ensure our customers have a better understanding of the product,” commented Matthew Dennison, who heads up the UK Zwilling J A Henckels operations. “Enlightening and highlighting to customers the key benefits and features was exceptionally well received. Providing food preparation, cooking experience and product maintenance advice also received a positive response.”
