Hemsley + Hemsley celebrate US book launch

Sisters Jasmine and Melissa Helmsley celebrated the US launch of their cookbook ‘Good + Simple’ in New York last week.

Guests included fashionista Kate Foley, blogger Cipriana Quann, restaurateur Phil Winser and Whitney Tingle and Danielle DuBoise, founders of organic meal delivery service Sakara.

They were served recipes from the book including a cardamom almond dip with rye crackers, mini steak sliders with gluten free bread, carrot cake and chocolate orange slices.

Jasmine + Melissa founded Hemsley + Hemsley in 2010 as a bespoke service aimed at helping people with their digestion and relationship with food.

They are the authors of international bestselling cookbook ‘The Art of Eating Well’. They said: “Our highly anticipated second book, ‘Good + Simple’, offers up even more delicious and easy ways to nourish your body every day.”

The title includes 140 recipes, along with information from the sisters on maintaining a healthy lifestyle such as an at-a-glance guide to their principles of eating well and tips on transforming leftovers and stocking your fridge and freezer.
