Housewares chain Heal’s is presenting a series of in-store events in the run-up to Christmas.
Experts in food, craft and interiors will offer workshops, tastings and demonstrations throughout December at Heal’s flagship Tottenham Court Road store, which will host a Christmas Party today (Thursday December 5) from 6pm to 8pm in aid of national music charity, Nordoff Robbins, with a special performance by the National Deaf Children’s Society.
Demos and tastings throughout the kitchen departments will include chocolatier Paul A Young, ribbon and trimmings specialist VV Rouleaux, sampling from artisan distillery Sipsmith and specialist tea supplier Kusmi Tea, chef James Mackintosh (winner of the World Cookbook Award) and glassware supplier Riedel. Gourmet popcorn chef Joe & Seph’s will also host a talk about its popcorn and offer sample tastings.
Heal’s operates stores in Tottenham Court Road and King’s Road in London, Kingston Upon Thames, Redbrick Mill in Batley, Guildford and Brighton.
