Today (Friday October 11) marks 15 years since housewares supplier Haus Marketing and Distribution started trading and the business is still going strong, with six brands and 12 members of staff under its belt.
Commenting on the company’s milestone achievement, Haus managing director Paul Shelley said: “I would describe the past 15 years as a really positive personal experience and one that I will be forever thankful. Our brands that have supported us from day one will forever be in my heart.
“I have witnessed an overall commitment, evolution and change within this industry, something that has been phenomenal over the years – even more so in the last five. I have seen solid support from brands, retailers and our very own team. It has been a pleasure to watch the positives and work with everyone through the negatives.
“That said, the personal education and development for me has been one hell of a ride. Put it this way, I started Haus at 30 with hair! On a serious note, I’ve met and continue to meet some great people. Over the years I’ve made some lifelong friends, dotted here and there, and for that I will be forever grateful.”
