The GarlicCard has won a coveted Red Dot award for excellence in product design.

The Red Dot is one of the world’s most sought-after design prizes. In an evaluation process lasting several days, an international expert panel chose the GarlicCard for best product design.
Up against some serious competition, the GarlicCard nudged 1,865 manufacturers, designers and architects from 54 countries to win the coveted Red Dot quality seal of approval. It was also awarded an “honourable mention” by the 37-member Red Dot jury for its particularly well-executed detail solution.
More than 1,200 guests from the world of design, industry, society and media will celebrate the winners of the “Red Dot award: product design” at the Red Dot gala on July 1, which traditionally takes place in Essen, Germany. The GarlicCard will then be put on display during a four-week special exhibition in the Red Dot design museum in Essen.
Distributed by Eddingtons, the GarlicCard is a small plastic grater that grates garlic cloves quickly and easily. It has a patented embossed finish that is gentle on the fingers and nails and is dishwasher-safe
