This week sees 40 individuals set to become future retail industry leaders gather in Oxford for the Oxford Summer School Masters programme.

It combines technical training content with leading industry speakers within a setting that promotes the sharing of knowledge between retailers, both national multiples and growing independents. The intense environment challenges delegates over the course of four days, equipping them with the knowledge and motivation to return to their companies and develop fresh approaches to tackling the changing retail market.
The Oxford Summer School is a subsidiary company of the British Independent Retailers Association, offering targeted training at three levels of retail employees, from first line managers through to those approaching board level in the Foundation, Academy and Masters programmes.
The work programme is determined by the school’s committees of retailers and continually evolves with trends in the retail market.
