Functionality and distinctive design come together in the extensive new Rig-Tig series of kitchenware by Danish company Stelton.
Available from September 1, the collection comprises 33 products that cover bakeware and baking accessories, tools and gadgets, storageware and general kitchen accessories.
The company says it also tries to reduce the environmental impact of the products where possible, through choice of materials and reducing packaging to a minimum. Some products are made in environmentally-friendly bamboo, or blend bamboo with melamine, while others use a wood-plastic composite.
Within the range is the innovative three-piece silicone baking tin set, which can be used singly or together to combine different flavours in a cake. Other lines include a pastry roller and mat, mixing bowls, measuring cup, dough scrapers, storage boxes and bread box, tools and gadgets, a sushi set and a range of accessories such as orange squeezer, trivets and a coffee grounds collector.
Rig-Tig is available in the UK exclusively through White Brand Agency, which says that Stelton’s sales in the UK are 70% ahead of last year’s.
