Fiskars has announced the appointment of Karl Millergill as sales director for its UK business.
He will report to Fiskars regional director for south west Europe John Grayson and will be based at the housewares supplier’s Birmingham office.
Karl Millergill joins Fiskars from premium consumer goods company Bloom Baby where he has held the position of country manager since 2011, leading the firm’s growth with customers such as John Lewis, Harrods and Mamas & Papas. Prior to this role Karl held the position of commercial director for Curver and more latterly Keter for seven years. He also spent two years as commercial director for Pyrex.
Fiskars said: “With over 20 years of sales experience at a UK and EMEA level, gained covering roles of increasing responsibility in retail, wholesale and web channels, Karl brings a wealth of knowledge across DIY, grocery and homeware channels.”
