Exclusively Sets out Roadmap to Live Show in August

Stands for the Exclusively Show, which returns to its popular live format at The Business Design Centre in late August are now 95% sold following a positive industry response from exhibitors and visitors in light of the new confirmed show date and renewed confidence following the Government’s ‘roadmap’ announcements.

With many restrictions planned to be lifted by June 21st and most adults due to be vaccinated by July, the 24th and 25th August Exclusively dates look set to mark a return to a significant level of commercial ‘normality’ for buyers and suppliers in the housewares, small electricals, gift and destination garden centre sectors.

Chief Operating Officer of show owner, the British Home Enhancement Trade Association and Chair of Exclusively, Will Jones said, “With the Government setting out its four-stage plan, Exclusively is seeing a surge of renewed interest from exhibitors and visitors in what will, by August be the first event of its kind in this industry for almost eighteen months.  As such, the show could well prove to be a real sign of a return to normal trading.

“The safety of all Exclusively visitors and exhibitors is of course paramount and the Exclusively team is working closely with the venue in terms of all necessary protocols for registration, hospitality, events, meetings and the total visitor / exhibitor experience to ensure that everyone can be confident in attending and enjoying the event.

“Plans for the content of live Exclusively 2021 are well advanced and it is fantastic to see the support and enthusiasm of the industry so evident in the booking figures.  The show will include expanded versions of all its most

popular features such as the Brand Showcase, the Trend Tours and Displays and the Scarlet Opus seminar programme, as well as new features such as The Launchpad, aimed at smaller and start-up companies, exhibiting at Exclusively for the first time.  There will also be and Exclusively Digital programme alongside the live show.”

Exclusively is an opportunity to network with hundreds of retail buyers including independents and all the major department stores, grocers and garden centres; as well as a chance to access journalists and social media influencers.  Over 130 companies and over 300 brands will be exhibiting, presenting the most comprehensive showcase of cookware, tabletop, lifestyle, household and gifts in the UK.
