Ethos Housewares has appointed a new head of supply chain.
Lionel Hooper brings to the company experience within the manufacturing sector, having worked for Mars, and retail experience with high street and out-of-town retail companies, including B&Q, Home Retail Group, WH Smith, and Wickes.
Ethos says that this newly-created role will enhance its customer service, providing cross-functional support to build strong supply chain controls. This will be the driving force to ensure customer orders are delivered on time in full, it adds.
