The product type and model number are KH 1090, Item No 421639, but the brand is not known.
The Chinese-made set comprises a heating ring and stainless steel fondue pot with a black lid, the lower part also being black.
The equipment casing and the pot can both become live owing to a fault in the control knob. The product does not comply with the Low Voltage Directive and the relevant European standard EN 60335.
