A harmless bit of fun or in seriously bad taste at breakfast time?
Whichever, Hong Kong design company Urban Trend has decided to take the bullet by the horns and come up with this range of gun-shaped fried egg rings.
Customers will now be able to serve up their eggs in a variety of weapon shapes, including a Magnum .45 and a Uzi.
The stainless steel shapes are being distributed to 40 countries worldwide and will sell for around £3 for a pack of four.
A company spokesman said: “Whatever the reason, gun-shaped objects seem to be all the rage these days.”
