Housewares supplier Eddingtons has acquired selected assets including stock and IP from gift and housewares supplier Stow Green.
Key members of the Stow Green team will join Eddingtons with immediate effect.
Cotswold-based Stow Green was founded in 1975 by Gordon Griffith. It supplies kitchenware and gifting products to independent retailers throughout the UK & Ireland.
Eddingtons managing director Roger Murphy said: “We’re delighted to have the opportunity to acquire Stow Green and its 40-plus years of delivering great product and great service to a broad base of UK gifting and housewares customers.

Hungerford-based Eddingtons was founded by in 2000. In 2015 it acquired Epicurean Europe and last year it bought Gilberts Food Equipment.
