Amongst key products from all its brands being shown by Zwilling JA Henckels at this year’s Exclusively Housewares is the new Demeyere John Pawson stainless steel cookware collection.

Leading English designer and architect John Pawson has conceived this contemporary new cookware series for Demeyere, which is widely recognised as the name behind some of the best designed and most heat-conductive stainless steel cookware available.
The minimalist style cookware collection incorporates a seven-layer base called InductorSeal, incorporating a copper disc and providing a 33% larger conductive surface than a traditional base.
For sauté and frypans, a multi-layered material, 7 PlyMaterial, is incorporated right up to the edge of the pan, the thickness engineered to achieve the perfect temperature for the typical cooking process of any given pan.
The double-sided construction of the lid ensures the lid handle remains cool in use.
All products are dishwasher-resistant and finished with Silvinox to ensure the pan remains fingerprint free and silvery white, even after years of cleaning.
Retail price 16cm saucepan with lid, £189; 20cm stockpot with lid, £261
