David Rafferty

Rafferty, who had worked within the trade for some 30 years, passed away suddenly at home. He was 62.

His career within housewares started as a rep for mill specialist Cole & Mason – a company in its own right before becoming a DKB brand. He then became an agent, working for Cole & Mason, Ulster Weavers, George East Housewares, DMD and Paton Calvert.

Ten years ago he and his son Craig set up D&C Supplies together. He was still working at the time of his death.

The funeral has provisionally been arranged for this Saturday, June 18, at 9.15am at Woods Hill Evangelical Church, Wester Cleddens Road, Bishopbriggs, Glasgow. To check on the arrangements please ring Craig on 07801 985860.
