Cancer Research UK’s Race for Life is a series of 5k or 10k women-only fund-raising events held to raise money for research to help beat all 200 types of cancer sooner.

Hannah Dedman said: “The event was a 5k run, incorporating nine obstacles which we had to climb, slide and crawl through, all of which were covered in mud – or we had mud thrown at us! It was a great day and the team have raised almost £2,000 for this worthwhile cause.”

She added that: “There is a just giving page should any of our Housewares colleagues wish to support the cause.” Please contact Georgia for information at gmoore@datateam.co.uk
