Dark blue is new for Staub cast iron cocotte

Staub, a Zwilling JA Henckels brand, has added a new dark blue colourway to its New Classics collection of cast iron cocottes, to be shown at Exclusively Housewares.

The new shade will be available in a tough majolica enamel surface from July this year and, as with all Staub New Classics cocottes, it will be available in both round and oval shapes, in sizes from 10cm up to 37cm.

Staub’s cocotte collection now offers a range of 11 striking colours, featuring a special matt black enamel interior for non-stick braising. The self-basting system comprises raised dimples over the entire interior of the flat lid to ensure a continuous rainfall effect over all the food being cooked.
