Companies honoured in IHA Innovation Awards

Thirteen housewares suppliers have been honoured as winners of the third annual International Housewares Association (IHA) Innovation Awards.

The winners in each of 13 categories were announced on the first day of the 2014 International Home + Housewares Show, which ends today (Tuesday, March 15) at McCormick Place in Chicago.

The winners are: Bath + Personal Care: Polder Housewares, Inc., Hot Sleeve; Cleaning: Flood Products, Flood Sax; Cook + Bakeware: Now Designs, Dumpling Cube; Floor + Carpet Care: iRobot, Roomba 880; Home Décor + Gifts: The Sweetheart Gallery, Inc., It’s a Snap Frame; Home Organization + Storage: Prepara, Evak; Household Electrics + Home Environment: Moneual USA, Inc., SW (Smart Wristband) Baby Monitor; Kitchen Electrics: L’Equip, Infrared; Kitchen Hand Tools + Cutlery: HIC, Harold Import Co., Evo Oil Sprayer; Kitchenware: Staybowlizer, Staybowlizer; Personal Care + Home Healthcare: Objecto / Hatzlachh Supply Inc., H5 Spiral Hybrid Humidifier; Pet Products: Ginsey Home Solutions, Dirty Paws Footbath and Tabletop: GRAYL, The Water Filtration Cup

More than 500 products were entered in the IHA Innovation Awards competition. The 2014 International Home + Housewares Show features nearly 2,100 exhibitors, including 400 new companies, and 60,000 total attendees from around the globe
