Clarion Events launches an Autumn edition of Home

The Home show, which has been held in the Spring for the past three years, will now be joined by an Autumn edition.

Clarion Events said: “Since its launch just three short years ago, Home has changed the exhibiting landscape for design-led homewares and interior accessories, attracting key brands, doubling in size and gaining a 35% growth in visitor numbers.

“The growing popularity of Home is confirmed by the announcement that the show is to run twice yearly from this September.”

The first autumn edition will take place alongside Top Drawer at Olympia from September 14-16, and will build on Home’s formula of combining ‘expert selection, future trends and key brands’ in a London event.

Commenting on the launch, Conran Group director Jill Webb said: “In Home, Clarion gave the UK a dedicated homewares and interior accessories show, and did it with style, expertise and insight, so we’re very excited by the news that Home is now to run twice a year. We see the September show as a welcome addition to the buying calendar, one which will make the buyer’s task easier and more enjoyable.”

The inaugural autumn edition of Home is already over 80% sold, with key exhibitors such as LSA International, Alessi, Bloomingville, and Grunwerg among the first to back the idea and book their stands.

LSA International’s Monika Lubkowska-Jonas commented: “We welcome the launch of Home in September. January’s Home was a great success for us, and we are confident that the quality and excitement of the show will be hard to beat.”

Tom Basford of Grunwerg added: “It will be our first time at the Home show this autumn, and having heard great things about it, we are really looking forward to taking part, especially as we have exciting new products to show, and some great celebrations coming up! Home will be perfect for us.”

Other confirmed exhibitors for Home in Autumn include Parlane, Alessi, Avenida Home, Whitbread Wilkinson, Bronte, Make International, black + blum, Linum, Bloomingville, Gilberts, Ethnicity ,Makers & Merchants, Seletti, Authentics, Grand Illusions, Ella Doran, Terrace & Garden, Au Maison, Haus, Iris Hantverk, Atomic Soda, Chive and Orwell + Goode.
