Victorinox kitchen knives ambassador Bryn Williams will be one of the chefs demonstrating at CookLive! at next month’s Spring Fair.
Williams will be using the knives, distributed by Burton McCall, and showing off his cooking skills within the interactive kitchen at 10.30am on Monday February 4. CookLive! is a special feature of the Kitchen, Dining & Housewares sector in Hall 1.
Williams, who has used Victorinox knives since he was 12, and who owns Odette’s restaurant in London, said: “Victorinox is a brand I very much admire; one that is steeped in tradition yet has grown and evolved over time and still epitomises quality and style.”
After finishing his session at 11.15am, he will be available to talk about and demonstrate the knives on the Burton McCall stand 1M04-L05.
Spring Fair 2013 takes place February 3 to 7 at Birmingham’s NEC.
