Wade Ceramics is bringing Indian chef and author Suvir Saran to the BBC Good Food Show in November, where he will be helping to promote Wade’s American Masala lines.
Wade launched the American Masala collection at this year’s International Home & Housewares Show in Chicago, where Saran demonstrated the newly-designed mortar and pestle in the cooking theatre.
Wade says its US distributor for American Masala is having great success with the products.
At the Good Food Show, Saran will be conducting cooking demos and doing a book signing on Wade’s stand. Some of the American Masala lines – including ceramic knives and trivets and decorative platters, along with the mortar and pestle – will also be on sale.
Wade says retailer Lakeland has taken the innovative mortar and pestle set, to be launched in the UK in October.
