The top seven spots in the list of best-selling non-fiction hardback books for the week ending March 31 are filled with cookery titles written by celebrity chefs.

Top billing is taken by Paul Hollywood’s ‘Bread’.Following his hugely successful ‘How To Bake’ book, the artisan baker (and star judge of the BBC hit show ‘The Great British Bake Off’) is back with a recipe book dedicated to bread making.
The number two spot is held The Hairy Bikers’ Great Curries by Si King and Dave Myers, followed in third position by Paul Hollywood’s aforementioned ‘How To Bake’.
Next is ‘Mary Berry At Home’ by Mary Berry and Lucy Young with ‘Hummingbird Bakery Home Sweet Home’ by Tarek Malouf at number five and Delia’s Cakes by Delia Smith at number six. Finally, ‘Jamie’s 15-Minute Meals’ by Jamie Oliver is in seventh place.
The chart is complied by Nielsen Bookscan TCM, which collates real time sales from over 6,500 outlets representing over 90% of the UK book market. The chart appeared in the April 7 issue of ‘The Mail on Sunday’s’ ‘Live’ magazine.
