Celebrity chef Daniel Green to demo smart kitchen appliances at CES

The Connected Home will be one of the hottest topics at the upcoming CES 2017.

CES is an annual global consumer electronics and consumer technology trade show that takes place this year from January 5 to January 8 at Las Vegas in Nevada.

Exhibitor Gourmia said it will be ‘breaking new ground’ at the event by showcasing its new smart kitchen appliances ‘that leverage the power of the Internet of Things (IoT)’.

US celebrity chef Daniel Green will be introducing Gourmia’s IoT Smart Kitchen Appliances ‘that enable the 21st century chef to take advantage of the latest cooking technology’

The appliances include a WiFi Air Fryer with companion Apps , WiFi Sous Vide Pod with companion Apps, and an IoT WiFi Multicooker with embedded Computer & Apps.

He will also show MIA – Alexa’s new voice skill to control multiple Gourmia appliances Additional new traditional appliances will be demoed as well.

Daniel is an internationally known chef, television personality and cookbook author, also known as ‘The Model Cook’.

Based in the US, he is full time presenter for EVINE (formerly ShopHQ): a home shopping channel in the States with a media penetration of more than 86 million homes.

As the channel’s resident chef, the growing popularity of its kitchenware section led to a culinary programme entitled ‘Daniel’s Kitchen’, which is dedicated to showcasing Daniel’s healthy eating recipes using the kitchenware sold on EVINE. He is also a judge on the Food Network’s cooking competition ‘Kitchen Inferno’.
