Optomen Television, the maker of ‘Mary Portas: Secret Shopper’ and ‘Gordon Ramsay’s Kitchen Nightmares’ is producing a new TV series offering help to indies troubled by shoplifters.
The show will feature a leading crime prevention expert, who will be helping independent shops and businesses tackle shoplifting head on.
Producer Joe Newell said: “Our programme aims to help independent shops and businesses by offering advice on the latest crime fighting technology, as well as providing some simple and easy to implement measures that could really make a difference when it comes to deterring potential criminals.
“So if you’re a shop owner or manager and you’d like some advice on how to better protect your business against thieves please get in touch.”
The series is being made for a major broadcaster and will be transmitted early next year.
