Gift and gadget distributor Bunkerbound has announced the signing of an exclusive sector distribution deal with pocket tool firm True Utility.
From this month Bunkerbound becomes the exclusive distributor to the independent gift sector for True Utility. It will supply the full True Utility range, together with the officially licensed Scouting range.
Founded in Dorset in 2000 by entrepreneur Lee Berman, True Utility has become one of the leading suppliers of design-led pocket tools internationally.
Commenting on the Bunkerbound signing, he said: “As soon as we met Bunkerbound we were confident that they were the distribution partner for us. The firm’s track record and innovative product range makes it the perfect fit for True Utility.”
Bunkerbound will distribute the full range of True Utility lines including SciXors+, a fully functional scissor-based multi-tool; the NanoLite torch which runs on hearing aid batteries; and the StylusPen, a telescopic pen with an added touch screen stylus on one end, which attaches directly onto your key-ring or bag.
True Utility’s newly signed Scouting range features the Scouting Heritage brand, endorsing camping and outdoor products with a modern twist, reflecting Scouting’s rich heritage since 1907.
The range will include the Special Edition Scout Knife, a pocket knife that boasts a bonus craft knife with a replaceable blade; the Scout Sporknife, a stainless steel folding fork, spoon, knife and bottle opener in one; original hurricane lanterns converted to LED with dimmer switches, and many other items for the home and outdoors.
