From tableware and textiles to kitchen bins and corkscrews – Brabantia says it is embracing purple, the latest must-have colour in interiors.
The company’s big news this year is its move into casual dining with the launch of a complete tabletop collection called Get Together.
Combining on-trend purple with white and grey, as well as a range of materials – porcelain, stainless steel, wood, textiles and tactile silicone – Get Together makes it easy to mix and match colours, shapes and materials to bring together a coordinated yet individual look for the table.
The collection comprises porcelain tableware, textiles for the kitchen and the table, cutlery and accessories ranging from mills and napkin rings to candle holders and coasters.
Brabantia says purple is also proving particularly popular as one of the 200-plus colours available in the Colour your Bin bespoke service for the 45 litre Touch Bin. No fewer than six shades of purple are offered, and Violet Purple has also now been made available within the standard retail range.
Finally, purple is one of six funky new colours on Brabantia’s popular Quickpull corkscrew, with its extra wide body and large turning handle.
