A Bodum barbecue grill is being withdrawn from the market and the products destroyed after it was found to pose a fire risk.
The stand of the Fyrkat 10630-565 grill, which is round and come in red and black, can reach a very high temperature during use leading to a risk of both fire and burns. The product, which is made in China, does not comply with the relevant European standard EN 1860.
Bodum is now withdrawing the grill from the market, recalling it from end users and destroying stocks.
