Housewares Business-to-business magazine for housewares retailers and their suppliers
Members of bira (British Independent Retailers Association) who wish to stand for election to the bira board of management (BOM) have until February 20 to register their nominations.
The positions are for the year commencing May 2015. Candidature is by self-nomination and those nominations must be registered with Jill Austin at bira’s Birmingham headquarters on or before the closing date. Candidates will need to supply a short piece to inform the membership about their background and their objectives for the BOM, together with a recent (digital) head and shoulders photograph of themselves.
The candidates will be listed in the March edition of bira’s magazine ‘bira Alert’. There will also be a voting form in that edition.
