Next year’s British Independent Retailers Association’s National Conference – dubbed the High Street Conference – is set to tackle all the big issues affecting independent retail.

Taking place on May 16 2013 at the Four Pillars Hotel, Cotswold Water Park, near Cirencester, it will feature presentations from and discussions with some of the industry’s key figures. Topics will include changing consumer habits, retail online, implementing the Portas Report and the future of the high street.

The BIRA Direct Supplier Awards, Young Retailer of the Year Awards and Community Awards will be presented at the Gala Awards dinner on the same day, and the BIRA Direct Suppliers Away Day will be part of the event to give retailers and suppliers the chance to network.
