It was a finalist in the ‘Event Of The Year’ category for its Screwfix Meet The Buyer day) and in the Trade Association of the Year category.

The TAF Best Practice Awards is an annual event which recognises, rewards and promotes best practice among trade associations in the UK. Now in its eleventh year, it’s a chance for trade associations to showcase their work and achievements during the previous 12 months in terms of performance and competitiveness. The award ceremony took place in July.

BHETA home enhancement sector director Will Jones said: “We’re always looking to add value in terms of sales opportunities for our members, alongside issues such as compliance, so it’s great to have this recognised by our peers.”
