BHETA adds extra sales training day due to demand

The British Home Enhancement Trade Association (BHETA) is offering members a second one-day ‘Improving Your Sales Success’ course at its headquarters in central Birmingham on April 28, after the first course at the end of January was oversubscribed.

The course is Institute of Sales Management and CPD-accredited and attendees receive a course manual and supporting materials, as well as unlimited email and telephone support after the event. Delegates will again enjoy a 34% discount on the standard rates of provider MTD.

MTD is a management training specialist with award winning leadership courses and management training programmes. It is BHETA’s training provider of choice, having trained 250,000 staff from 9,000 companies in over 25 countries.

Feedback from delegates on the first BHETA course included “Excellent content, great delivery; ideal for anyone new to sales or that has been involved for years.” Topics covered included listening skills, objection handling, establishing and building contact, emotional intelligence and consultative selling.
