This month bira direct (the central buying and invoicing subsidiary company of bira: the British Independent Retailers Association) launches an Autumn Advantage campaign.
The aim of this promotion is to give members £30 or £60 cashback as a reward for trying new suppliers when placing a £300 (nett.) order between September 1 and December 31, when invoiced through bira direct.
All members of bira are eligible to take advantage of this campaign, providing they haven’t been invoiced from their chosen supplier(s) though bira direct since July 2012.
Paul Woolley, managing director of bira direct, said: “By offering a cash incentive we hope to reduce the financial burden of trying a new supplier – and bring added value to bira membership.
“Existing members can take advantage straight away and non-members can benefit as soon as they join – and their membership fee could be paid for by simply trying three suppliers!”
