Argos launched its Autumn/Winter range on argos.co.uk and in stores yesterday (July 27).

More than 29,000 products are available including over 7,000 new lines with more than 10,500 prices either lowered or frozen.

Shoppers can also benefit from over 400 ‘WOW’ deals, which can be found in the catalogue and on Argos’ website, mobile site and apps for the iPad and android devices. Online prices are checked and updated daily and new lines added every week.

Internet sales now represent 42% of all Argos sales and, with Check & Reserve available on thousands of products, shoppers can collect their orders from one of around 735 stores nationwide.

Argos commercial director David Robinson said: “We know our customers want great value on everyday essentials, the latest ‘must-haves’ and top brands across homeware, toys and technology.

“Customers also want to browse and shop, whenever or wherever they want. Our website and apps receive 635 million hits every year, with sales on mobile devices accounting for 14% of our business. What’s more, almost all of our stores now have free Wi-Fi so customers can use their phones and browse the internet in store.”

Homeware highlights from the Autumn/Winter range include the introduction of new pastels and neutrals to the exclusive ColourMatch range. Bubblegum pink, jellybean blue and tutti green shades will add a 1950s retro feel to kitchens, while cool mocha and smoke grey tones aim to add sophistication to bathrooms.

For children, there are new Chad Valley textiles, with dinosaur and craft-inspired owl motifs available across bedding, curtains and blinds, rugs and cushions.
