Argos reveals Spring/Summer 2016 collection

Argos has launched its Spring/Summer 2016 collection, which comprises over 60,000 items including own-brand homeware range ColourMatch by Argos.

The retailer said: ‘2016 is a year of sport, so products expected to be popular include 4K TVs, tablets and premium smartphones. Also on trend this year will be the Japanese video game Yo-Kai, Scandinavian style homewares and new technology in personal care products.’

Argos marketing director Stephen Vowles added: “This season we’ve extended the range of products to include even more branded products and our exclusive own-brand ranges such as  Heart of House which can’t be found anywhere else.”

Argos said Spring/Summer homeware ‘sees an eclectic mix of trends for the home, from floral to rustic charm and simple living’.

An example is ColourMatch by Argos: a homeware range exclusively available from Argos comprising more than 800 items in 18 colourways.

The recently updated range features hues of blue, pink, red and yellow across products such as ‘vibrant cushions, geometric print accessories and kitchen must-haves’. Prices range from £2 – £278.99.

Argos offers products through www.argos.co.uk, its mobile channels, over the telephone and through its network of 844 stores and concessions across the UK and Republic of Ireland. It has around 121m customer transactions a year through its stores and had over 900 million website and app visits in the 12 months to February 2015. Argos is part of Home Retail Group.
