Squire’s Kitchen is launching a free open day on Thursday August 7 for retailers to find out which cake decorating and sugarcraft products they could be stocking for Autumn/Winter 2014.
The UK company, which has been creating, manufacturing and selling products for cake decorating and sugarcraft for almost 30 years, is hosting this special event at the Squires Kitchen International School in Farnham, Surrey, from 10am to 4pm.
Subjects covered during the day will include the latest trends and techniques in cake decorating and sugarcraft, best-selling products and how to use them, ideas for add-on sales, a guide to basic cake decorating essentials, demonstrations from an expert tutor and inspiration for in-store demos and displays. Attendees will also have the chance to try the products, ask questions, get advice and take away a gift. Refreshments and tasters will be included.
Squires Kitchen said: “We all know baking is big news. But food fans are taking the next step to sugarcraft; discovering how to decorate their cakes like works of art. So if you have a baking department in your store, come along.”
