Pyrex manufacturer Arc International has sold its UK distribution business, Arc International Tableware UK.
Brian Thorp is now sole shareholder and managing director of AITUK, which caters exclusively for the food service and catering market.
The company stocks Arcoroc, Chef & Sommelier and Initial branded products.
Arc International says the cookware business that manages the Pyrex brand and which is handled by AIC in the UK is unaffected.
