BHETA has announced the immediate departure of its sector director, Andy Vaughan.
Vaughan joined The British Home Enhancement Trade Association in January 2005 in the then new role of commercial director, and later took on the role of DIY and brush sector director.
In a statement, BHETA said that his departure from the association was agreed with the board following the restructuring of board membership following the results of July’s EGM.
In the statement, Vaughan said: “I would like to thank the BHETA members for all of their help and encouragement during my four and a half years at the association.
“I have enjoyed working with members to help develop and support their businesses and this has become even more important in the present economic conditions.
“I am looking forward to the next stage of my career and whilst things are at an early stage, I plan to remain active within the industry.”
