Next year’s Ambiente show in Frankfurt is promising to present the most important trends for 2009 and the most exciting new products.

Ambiente names next year’s product trends

The world’s leading trade fair for consumer goods, which runs from February 13 to 17, attracts around 4,600 exhibitors from 100 countries, showing the latest product collections for the kitchen, table and home.

The organisers say that “Feel grace”, “Enjoy calm”, “Stay essential” and ‘Think romantic” are the decisive trends for the year ahead, which the show will stage in four elaborate presentations combining shapes, colours, materials and a mix of products reflecting the trends.

Visitors will also be able to visit the Design Plus area; Talents, highlighting international newcomers; and Japan Style, a forum for modern young Japanese design.

In addition, Wedgwood will be celebrating its 250th anniversary at Ambiente with a special exhibition in the Galleria.
