‘The Great British Cook Book’ is out now

The second edition of ‘The Great British Cook Book’ was published this month.

The title showcases 200 recipes by 200 chefs from 10 regions across the UK.

The regions are: The South and London, South East, South West, Wales, North/ North West, East Midlands, Central England, North/ North East, Scotland and Northern Ireland.

Each recipe is shown with a picture of the dish and a biography of the chef who created it.

The chefs include well-known names such as James Martin, Levi Roots, Tom Aikens, Tom Kitchi and Michael Caines.

There are also 10 features on seasonal produce, growers and suppliers, along with butchers, bakers and fishmongers.

The book was created to raise money for two charities: Macmillan Cancer Support and Hospitality Action (a trade charity for people of all ages, working and retired, from the hospitality industry).
