‘Strongest line-up in years’ for Kitchen, Dining & Housewares at Spring Fair

The 2017 edition of Spring Fair will showcase a line-up of top housewares brands that are set to exhibit at the show for the first time.

The roll call includes Tramontina, World Kitchen, Dishes + Deco, Everdure by Heston Blumenthal, ISTLondon, Delicake, Wonki Ware and Beatriz Ball.

The gift and home trade event will return to Birmingham’s NEC from February 5 to February 9 with a new DIY section, appearances from high profile keynote speakers including Mary Portas and Baroness Karren Brady, and a raft of exhibitors never seen before in the UK.

In addition to the new faces, Le Creuset and George East will be returning to showcase their new ranges in the Kitchen, Dining & Housewares hall.

Michael Faulkner, national account manager of Le Creuset, said: “Le Creuset is excited to be returning to Spring Fair in February, to launch our new collection and campaign story for Spring/Summer.

“The show will provide the perfect opportunity to discuss commercial opportunities and visual merchandising and promotional offers with our retailers, and hold one-to-one meetings with our account team.”

Tony Golby, national sales manager of George East (Housewares) added: ‘After two years away, [we] are excited to be returning. With many new products under the Tala and Chef Aid brands to launch, we had to be at the most important spring show for maximum launch impact!’

Nick Davison, portfolio director of Spring Fair, commented: “We are delighted to have such strong support for the Kitchen, Dining & Housewares hall from the industry and we’re looking forward to welcoming these fantastic suppliers to the event to meet and do business with the very best retailers from the UK and abroad – all under one roof.

“We have been carefully fine-tuning the show sections, so that buyers are now able to find exhibitors such as Navigate and Jersey Pottery in the same hall as the likes of Portmeirion Group, Denby, Meyer Group, Kitchen Craft, Arthur Price, Horwood, Churchill China, Apollo Housewares, Creative Tops, Grunwerg, Ulster Weavers and Premier Housewares.

“It’s the strongest line-up in years, and with The Housewares Innovation Awards 2017 running alongside the show once more, as well as regular product demonstrations by exhibitors across the hall and on the Housewares LIVE stand, there is a real buzz in the air. Miss it, and miss out.”
