Tom Kerridge tops The Sunday Times Bestsellers

Tom Kerridge’s new cookbook is top of ‘The Sunday Times’ list of bestselling manuals.

‘Lose Weight For Good’ is a tie-in to the Michelin-starred chef’s BBC Two series, which follows Tom as he mentors a group of struggling dieters and aims to prove they can lose weight for good by following his low-calorie recipes.

At number two is ‘5 Ingredients – Quick & Easy Food’ by Jamie Oliver, which features the celebrity cook’s recipes for quick and easy cooking, using just five ingredients.

At number three is ‘The Fat Loss Plan’ by health and fitness expert Joe Wicks, which features 100 recipes and five speedy workouts.

At number for is ‘The 4 Pillar Plan’ by Dr Rangan Chatterjee, which addresses ‘how to ‘relax, eat, move and sleep your way to a longer, healthier life’.

At number five is ‘Happy’ by TV and radio presenter Fearne Cotton, described as a guide to finding happiness by ‘finding joy in every day and letting go of perfect’.
