Typhoon has appointed Mark Rollason as new head of sales and marketing.
Rollason has more than 20 years’ experience within the housewares industry, most recently as UK sales manager for Oxo Good Grips. He has also worked with Meyer, Classic Housewares and Richardson Sheffield. He will now work closely with Typhoon managing director Chris Stevens.
Stevens said Rollason was “highly respected within the industry, and he complements the vision and our passion for building the Typhoon brand. He brings with him an excellent track record of achieving and exceeding objectives.”
Rollason commented that the Typhoon team showed “an enthusiasm and passion for the brand which is unsurpassed within the industry and for me is infectious”.
He replaces John Hayden, who last month moved across to become one of the newly-appointed export sales managers for Typhoon.
