Celebrity chef Raymond Blanc will appear at Cook Live! at Spring Fair
New to the kitchen, dining and housewares sector of Spring Fair International, Cook Live! will provide a large, working kitchen to showcase a host of products and equipment being sold by exhibitors at the show.
Visitors can look forward to live demos from celebrity chefs and professional demonstrators, featuring everything from small electricals and cookware, to cutlery and tableware.
Raymond Blanc is already lined up to present on behalf of tabletop and ceramics specialist Chomette Dornberger, while James Martin is scheduled to present for Denby. Other appearances at the purpose-built 'kitchen theatre' include Jason Atherton, showcasing the Gordon Ramsay Maze by Royal Doulton range, and Aiden Byrne who will present on behalf of Portmeirion.
Sponsored by Maxwell & Williams and originally launched at Autumn Fair International 2009, Cook Live!, will run throughout the five-day show, with demos scheduled between 10am and 4pm each day. Admission is free for all visitors.
This year's Spring Fair International will take place February 7-11 at the NEC, Birmingham.

HI
I watched James Martin cook a three course meal at the Spring Fair on Monday; he made a starter of salmon and sorrel, a main dish of beef with a nage and a very easy lemon cheesecake. Is it possible to get the recipe please
